Ongoing Projects

As a priority, we are currently preparing a DISCOURSE protocol for collecting speech samples from patients with psychosis. The main aim is to develop a set of instructions for speech sampling that is easy-to-use, adaptable across cultural and clinical contexts, and provides a basis for data-pooling or testing external validations across centres. This protocol will support a minimum basic set of procedures with no theoretical bias with mutually exclusive and non-redundant components that are practical for most if not all users. This work is currently led by Dr. Hinzen.
